- Close Steam
- Get a free trial VPN account from somewhere like anonymitynetwork.com
- Log in to anonymitynetwork with your free trial. If it tells you you’ve already used your trial, disconnect your net and reconnect to get a new IP.
- Download the VPN program and run it.
- Join the UK/England server with the VPN program.
- Load up Steam again and it should automatically be in the UK Steam store (everything should be in GBP)
- Buy what you want using your credit card. Make sure you enter a UK address. If it fails, try another address and failing that, try another credit card. My AMEX worked fyi.
- When the purchase is done, exit Steam, exit the VPN, and reload Steam. You should now be able to download your new purchase
